Competitive Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing daily operations at one of our soybean locations, including managing employees, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize production of seed that meets all quality specifications.
  • Implementation of the ISO Quality Management System, as it applies to the location and responsibility as the location ISO Management Representative.
  • Communicating overall business and location strategy to location employees.
Requirements
  • A 4-year college degree in Agriculture preferred but not mandatory.
  • Agricultural background is beneficial.
  • Excellent communications skills with positive attitude.
