Correctional Facility Security Officer

This dynamic role involves securing the inside and outside of a correctional facility. While working in a fast-paced environment, you will interact primarily with colleagues, not inmates. Previous experience in armed security, corrections, military, or law enforcement is preferred but not required.

• Provide exceptional customer service by executing site-specific policies and procedures when necessary
• Respond effectively to incidents and critical situations, applying problem-solving skills to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying work environments and conditions

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Undergo a thorough background investigation and comply with all federal, state, and local laws
• Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs
