Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HVAC Installation Specialist. As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HVAC installation services to our customers by completing and installing HVAC equipment and accessories.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,600 per year, based on the national average for HVAC installers in the United States. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long and short-term disability coverage, paid training, company-paid vacation and holidays, direct deposit, and weekly paychecks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Gas Line Installation: Install gas lines, flue pipes, and wiring for high and low-voltage applications, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Copper Refrigerant Lines: Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
  • Duct Fabrication and Installation: Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings as needed.
  • Training and Mentorship: Train, coach, and mentor apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • EPA Certification: EPA certification is mandatory.
  • NATE Certification: NATE certification is preferred.
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in HVAC installation is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are necessary.
