Behavioral Therapist for Children

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Line Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
The Registered Line Technician will be responsible for implementing daily ABA programs designed by the supervising LBA. This will involve providing one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with ASD, communicating with clients' parents and/or guardians about daily performance, and cleaning up work areas. Additionally, the RLT will assist in group activities and gather materials as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to sit on the floor and ground easily and move freely in this capacity. Physical stamina is essential, as the RLT may need to lift small children up to 30 pounds. Strong organizational skills are also necessary to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
