About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Velocity Solutions. As an Assembly Specialist, you will play a critical role in the assembly and testing of complex flight control products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and functionally test complex complete devices
  • Assemble electromechanical actuators, including electrical wiring
  • Disassemble complex devices within a defined product range
  • Identify, eliminate, and document defects through visual inspection
  • Conduct maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Ensure quality assurance through final inspection based on test plans
  • Support planning departments and take on coordinating tasks
  • Assess used individual parts according to tolerance and wear limits as per maintenance documents
Requirements
  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, aircraft mechanic, or similar qualification
  • Knowledge of soldering and crimping activities is desirable
  • Diligent and quality-conscious work ethic
  • High reliability and ability to work in a team
  • Good PC skills
