Job Description

We're seeking an energetic and driven Senior Stylist to join our team. As the right-hand to the Store Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, championing product knowledge and styling training, and driving sales results through strong conversion and average order value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the bride's advocate, delivering unique and personalized guest experiences
  • Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales results
  • Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
  • Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising
  • Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team
  • Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach, and operational tasks
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience working in an elevated service environment is a plus
