About the Role

The Dishwasher is a key member of our kitchen team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our food preparation and serving areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and other kitchen equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Identify and address any areas of concern or opportunity for improvement in our kitchen operations, working closely with other team members to implement solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive, efficient work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
