- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall quality of life.
- Current certification as a Certified Medication Tech (CMT) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the State.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Physical and sensory requirements, including walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages, and ability to distinguish smells, tastes, and temperatures.
