Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in a home setting, communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, maintaining daily documentation of services in the EMR, and having your own equipment. Qualifications include a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and active licensure as a FL Physical Therapist.
