We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Server to join our team. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our guests receive their food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure that all food and beverages are delivered promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
• Manage Orders and Inventory: Take and enter orders into our point-of-sale system, ensure that all necessary stock is replenished during the shift, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate Effectively: Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Comply with all safety and health department procedures, maintain company safety and sanitation standards, and report any equipment failure or safety hazards to management immediately.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Proof of Eligibility to Work: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
• 21+ Years of Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
• Minimum of Two Years of Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is required.
• Experience with POS Systems: Experience with point-of-sale systems is required.
• Familiarity with Beer and Spirits: Familiarity with beer and spirits is required.
• Proper Lifting Techniques: You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and use proper lifting techniques.
• Guest Relations: You must be able to communicate effectively and assertively with guests, staff, and management.
• Sanitation and Safety: You must be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Work Indoors and/or Outdoors: You will work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors.
• Fast-Paced Environment: You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Varied Shifts: You will work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
