Lead Caregiver

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Caregiver to join our team at Family Resource Home Care. As a Lead Caregiver, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our clients and supporting our caregivers in their daily work.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, household chores, and companionship.
- Supervise and support caregivers in their daily work, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to provide excellent care.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for clients.
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and make recommendations for care adjustments as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in home care.
- 1+ year of experience in home care, AFH, hospital, or nursing home setting.
- Active state NAC/CNA or HCA license (Washington State only).
- CPR certification.
- Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a state and national background check.
- 24/7 Caregiver Support.
