Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of the patient's home, utilizing your skills and expertise to ensure the highest level of care and comfort.

Responsibilities
  • Provide traditional nursing care, including medication administration, ADLs, vital signs, and respiratory home care
  • Conduct daily assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing for Licensed Practical Nurses
  • Pending application of unencumbered Tennessee LPN license; or current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee LPN license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
