Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Medical Director. The successful candidate will lead our medical staff, oversee patient care, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the medical team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee patient care, developing and implementing plans to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources efficiently to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain accreditation standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, promoting ongoing education and professional development.
  • Represent the organization in local and national forums, advocating for community health initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients.
