Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Professional (APP) to join our Hospitalist team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing comprehensive and individualized care to hospitalized patients, including general medicine and surgical adult patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for hospitalized patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • National certification in Advanced Practice Nursing.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in West Virginia.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
  • Fundamentals of Critical Care Support (FCCS) Certification.
Estimated Salary Range

$125,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
