We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Baptist Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, assess, intervene, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Review and document patient care, outcomes, and evaluations.
  • Follow professional standards of care and apply evidence-based practices to bedside caregiving.
  • Prioritize care based on changing patient assessments and needs.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred upon hire and required within 6 months.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred upon hire and required within 90 days.
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) preferred upon hire and required within 6 months.
  • Crisis Prevention required within 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent experience in specialty preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
