About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Service Team Associate to join our team. As a Service Team Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store, and following operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional dining experiences to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions, including the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
  • Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment.

Requirements
  • Friendly and helpful team members.
  • Operations experience is a plus.
  • Some high school.
  • Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.
Work Environment

Our kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high. Storage space is limited, and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, and be able to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
