Position Overview:

The Tax Automation Associate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients and internal teams to facilitate the implementation of tax automation solutions. This position requires effective networking both within the organization and externally to evaluate the automation requirements of client tax departments. Key responsibilities include participating in client engagements, delivering training, and providing ongoing support after implementation. The role also necessitates working alongside various offices to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and enhance internal tax operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to deploy tax automation solutions
  • Engage in networking activities within and outside the firm
  • Evaluate client tax departments to identify automation opportunities
  • Participate in client projects under the guidance of Tax AI leadership
  • Deliver training and support following implementation
  • Coordinate with different firm offices to provide tax solutions
  • Enhance internal tax processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is essential, with a preference for Accounting, Finance, or Technology
  • A minimum of one year of experience in technology or tax systems is required
  • CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities are essential

Compensation:

$60,000 - $110,000
