Cassia, a faith-based nonprofit organization, is seeking Full-Time & Part-Time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) to provide skilled nursing services and memory care to seniors.

Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and compassionate professionals to join our team of caregivers. As a TMA, you will be responsible for preparing and administering medications, assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities, reviewing and following a written care plan, measuring and recording vital signs, and observing resident behavior and reporting any changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by licensed healthcare professionals
  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Review and follow a written care plan to ensure resident needs are met
  • Measure and record vital signs, monitoring resident health and well-being
  • Observe resident behavior and report any changes to licensed healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification
  • Current TMA certification in Minnesota
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to stand for length of 8-hour shift, lifting up to 50 pounds
