- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve quality indicators.
- Provide education to patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
- Current RN license in California.
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification in General Surgery.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
