Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in the ICU or related specialty.
  • Certification and Licensure: Current New York State license for Registered Professional Nurse, and certification in a relevant specialty (e.g. CCRN, CEN).
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
