Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Unit

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery unit. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients and their families
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in NJ
  • 1 Year of Hospital experience working on a Medical Surgical, Telemetry or L&D unit
  • Availability to work 12 hour Night shift schedule full-time or part-time
