As a full-time faculty member, the appointee will contribute to patient care, medical education, and scholarship. The Section Chief will lead the Section of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, with the overarching goal of enhancing its clinical and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Section of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and contribute to its clinical and academic excellence
- Contribute to patient care, medical education, and scholarship
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Section's clinical and academic excellence
- Mentor and support the growth and development of faculty and staff
- MD or equivalent degree
- Medical licensure in the State of Illinois
- Board certification in Pediatrics
- Board certification in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities
