Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain office facilities, including bathrooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas.
- Dispose of infectious waste and empty and decontaminate trash containers.
- Maintain floors using industrial-size mops and/or machines, and sweep sidewalks.
- Operate wet/dry vacuum for cleaning and shampooing carpeted areas.
- Report needs for minor building or equipment repair to supervisor.
- Replace light bulbs and/or report safety hazards to supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
