Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate to join our team at Comoto Holdings. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in managing the store's backroom operations, receiving products into the POS system, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the store's backroom operations, including receiving products into the POS system and keeping products organized and accounted for.
  2. Process weekly pallets and report any damaged or defective products to the Inventory Control Team.
  3. Provide every customer with a great experience, maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge and providing in-depth information on product features and benefits.
  4. Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards.
  5. Maintain awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements set forth by the Marketing Team.

Requirements

  1. Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
  2. Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  3. Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash.
  4. A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail.
  5. An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community.
  6. Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
  7. Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not a must, but a plus).
