As a clinical expert, this leader drives customer satisfaction, quality, and the patient experience through consistent day-to-day leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Foster collaborative relationships with team members
  • Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State
  • Two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area

Work Arrangements:

Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday Days Eves and Nights with rotating weekends and holidays per unit need. Estimated salary: $83,000 - $115,000 per year based on location and experience.
