- Inspect property to identify potential and current needs, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure that all needed materials, tools, and supplies are available or on order.
- Provide training and technical advice to other associates as needed or requested.
- 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing knowledge required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
