Job Summary

This role provides leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, you will delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family members.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in patient medical records.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to medication.
  • Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
Requirements
  • Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience.
  • Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a goal of obtaining a BSN within five years of hire date into RN position.
  • Required License/Certifications: Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing, eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply.
  • Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and education assistance.
