Nature's Toolbox, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technology Director to lead our Commercial Operations team in Rio Rancho, NM. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the production of enzymes for our innovative cell-free platforms, transforming the biologic therapeutics manufacturing landscape.
Your Impact- Provide oversight for enzyme process development and commercial manufacturing at external partners.
- Steer the development of in-process control (IPC) strategies based on quality by design (QbD) principles.
- Analyze in-process and release data to ensure consistency and product quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage a team of engineers and scientists who oversee technology transfer, process optimization, and quality management.
- Develop and implement manufacturing documents, including development reports, manufacturing batch records, and analytical methods.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
- Provide technical and CMC regulatory support to external partners.
- M.S or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or industrial protein process development laboratory or manufacturing sciences and technology labor.
- Experience with QbD approach, process development, and industrialization.
The working environment is generally favorable and consists of a laboratory environment. Lighting, temperature, and noise levels are adequate. Personal Protective Equipment is required where stated.
