We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver and Support Specialist to join our team at Heartbeet Lifesharing. As a key member of our household, you will provide daily support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Job Summary

  • Provide individualized support and care to residents with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily life skills, such as hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage social interaction and community participation
  • Collaborate with house managers and other staff to ensure a safe and supportive living environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of a valid US driver's license and ability to pass required background checks
