Access Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Supervisor to join our In-Home Supports team in the Delaware Valley Region. This role will be based out of our Fort Washington office, serving individuals with intellectual disabilities in Montgomery County.

Our Mission: We empower individuals to reach their full potential by providing personalized support and training. Our In-Home Supports program has been helping families for 30+ years, offering a unique blend of care and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual support plans in collaboration with the team and individuals being served.
  • Provide direct care support to 25-30 individuals, ensuring their needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Attend meetings and participate in the orientation, development, and supervision of direct support professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data related to your caseload.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance.
  • Ability to travel during the workday and participate in on-call rotation.
