We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, plus tips, ensuring you earn a decent income while enjoying the satisfaction of working with pristine seafood products.

Oyster Bar Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare raw bar dishes for guests throughout the restaurant, maintaining complete knowledge of cooking techniques and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods, showcasing your expertise in seafood cuisine.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas, adhering to high standards of food safety and presentation.
• Cook for scheduled meal periods, adhering to established protocols and timeframes to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Remove soiled wares from stations as assigned and transport them to the dishwashing area, contributing to a well-maintained kitchen environment.

• Minimum 18 years old, with any previous culinary training or relevant experience.
• High school graduate or some college education, demonstrating basic knowledge of mathematics, language, and science.
• Current California Food Handlers Card, guaranteeing compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Able to maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards, consistently providing accurate information to guests.
