Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seafood Team Member to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a key member of our Seafood department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Seafood department and surrounding areas
  • Restock shelves and displays with fresh products, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment
  • Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory
