Galderma is a leading dermatology company that offers a wide range of innovative, science-based products and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dermatology Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for dermatology. They will be responsible for promoting our consumer skincare portfolio products and services to healthcare providers and other key office staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand of consumer skincare portfolio through targeted strategies at the HCP office level.
  • Participate in face-to-face sales calls with HCPs, distribution of product samples, and attendance at company-sponsored meetings.
  • Meet or exceed goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other KPIs such as HCP satisfaction surveys, coupon redemption, POS, etc.
  • Utilize sales tools, resources, and supporting analysis to identify trends and to effectively identify and execute action plans.
  • Record sales call notes, tracking samples, and other territory management activities through company data reporting system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Two (2) years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong track record of consistent documented success.
  • Possess valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed.
