Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for learning and commitment to student development. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum standards and assess student growth. Key Responsibilities:- Create comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and utilize various instructional strategies to enhance learning.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure student progress and provide timely feedback to support growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding academic progress.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in any field (a background in education is not required)

- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
