Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Current registered nurse license in the relevant state
- A minimum of three years of experience in a nursing role
Primary Duties
- Perform comprehensive assessments and gather data to meet physiological, psychological, and cognitive needs
- Create and execute a prioritized care plan based on nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes
- Provide consistent and proficient patient care to achieve optimal results
- React appropriately in emergency situations, adhering to established protocols
- Accurately document patient care in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient care
- Maintain certification in CPR and ACLS
Candidates must be capable of sitting, listening, manipulating objects, and reaching with hands and arms. Vision capabilities, along with the ability to lift, push, pull, stand, and walk, are also necessary.
