We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Painting Sales Associate to enhance our team at CertaPro Painters of Gloucester and Salem Counties. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, committed to providing outstanding service to clients, and eager to contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with property and facility managers, as well as industrial clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and networking efforts.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client accounts and relationships.
- Engage in industry events and trade shows to promote services.
- Communicate customer needs and expectations clearly through comprehensive proposals.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Conduct client meetings and perform estimates alongside the Commercial Estimator.
- Secure sales commitments in a competitive environment.
- Prepare weekly performance analyses to track results.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a 2-year degree in a relevant field is required.
- Preferred experience in B2B commercial sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A proven track record as a top performer is preferred.
- Familiarity with paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and construction is advantageous.
