TotalMed is seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to provide specialized care for pediatric patients in the PICU. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $2,171.92 per week, which aligns with industry standards in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Responsibilities
As a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse at TotalMed, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU, focusing on assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to hospital policies and protocols
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A current RN license
- BLS certification (with other certifications as required by the facility)
- At least 2 years of recent experience working in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
