Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance at the cash wrap and sales floor.
  • Interact genuinely and naturally with customers to determine their needs and provide excellent service.
  • Conduct email/name capture, where permitted by law, and maintain accuracy when operating POS.
  • Maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness, and suggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards.
  • Represent Coach brand appropriately and create lasting impressions by genuinely thanking customers and providing reasons to return.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
  • Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
