Customer Service Expert Wanted

We're looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Be knowledgeable about NIKE products and services, using this expertise to make recommendations and drive sales.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases, promotions, and initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
