Compensation: $45,000/Yr to $60,000/Yr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone, using established customer service protocols.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately assess service needs.
- Recommend appropriate services based on knowledge and communicate additional recommendations from technicians clearly to customers.
- Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating a thorough understanding of products and service requirements.
- Provide customers with accurate quotes detailing costs and completion times for approved services, and keep them updated on service status.
- Follow established procedures when processing customer transactions, including reviewing completed inspections and explaining warranties.
- Conduct follow-up calls post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any declined services.
- Track returns, core returns, and warranty parts for customers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Availability to work a minimum of five days a week, including Saturdays.
