We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Ambulatory Care team at BJC Medical Group. As a Staff LPN Ambulatory, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician or other licensed provider, including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, and administering medications.
- Perform clinical skills such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and point of care testing, as well as assist with medical office procedures.
- Obtain patient history, maintain accurate and prompt charting, and triage calls to ensure timely and effective communication with patients and providers.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Trade School degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Missouri required.
- Previous experience in ambulatory care or a related field preferred.
