Position Overview

We are seeking a Finance Intern to join our team this summer. In this collaborative role, you will gain valuable skills and experience by supporting our Engineering Department, working within a fast-growth company, and interacting with senior leaders. You will have the opportunity to make an impact as part of a high-trust performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Accounting and Finance teams with general administrative and other related tasks.
  • Support the Accounts Payable team with invoice processing and other AP processes.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable team with invoice processing and other AR processes.
  • Support programmatic personnel with accounting/finance/budget-related inquiries.
  • Other administrative support as required.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
  • Good analytic and data gathering skills; able to synthesize data into information and present findings.
  • Knowledge of general office practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize based on urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently on a project basis and meet frequent deadlines.
  • Must have the ability to work a hybrid schedule (remote and in office).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
