Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors in a Christian environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine follow-up nursing visits to patients in collaboration with case managers, physical, and occupational therapists.
  • Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care plans for stable and predictable patients.
  • Assess patient data and interpret information to identify each patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs.
  • Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
  • Counsel patients and family members on prevention and treatment plans under the direction of a registered nurse.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
  • One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
