Job Summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, balconies, and room furnishings, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless communication and efficient room cleaning processes.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Safety and Security: Follow all safety and health regulations, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocol policies, to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 6 months to 1 year of housekeeping or hospitality experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more and lift/push/reach for/carry 50+ pounds frequently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
