Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation with a pay range of $50-$55 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. Additionally, you can earn an extra $3-$5 or more per hour through production pay. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and company holidays.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Dental Hygienist at Porter Dental & Braces, you will deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Performing scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures under the general supervision of a dentist
- Providing excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
- Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
To be successful in this role, you must have current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. While experience is great, it's not always required. Speaking another language may also be helpful.
