Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an Infant/Toddler Teacher. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that promotes learning and development in our youngest learners.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in early childhood education
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and provide physical support to children as needed
  • Meets background check eligibility
