Job Summary

The Certified Exercise Coach will deliver one-on-one and small group exercise instruction to clients of all ages, utilizing our state-of-the-art fitness technology and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client goals and needs
  • Lead individual and small group exercise sessions, providing personalized instruction and feedback
  • Track client fitness results and lead client education on proper exercise techniques and nutrition
  • Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions
  • Measure success by tracking studio metrics and implementing strategies for improvement
Requirements
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a strong desire to inspire and empower clients
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • People skills and personality, with a warm and welcoming approach to client interactions
  • Basic knowledge of exercise science and human biology, with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in a health-related field
  • Experience with various strength training applications
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with limitations
Certification and Training
  • Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Course
  • Nutrition Playbook Certification Course
  • Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider
