Dining Ambassador for Merritt Park

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Dining Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our Guests at Merritt Park Chili's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes every Guest feel special.

The Dining Ambassador will greet and seat Guests, manage waitlists, and communicate with Managers as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet Guests warmly and ensure they have an exceptional dining experience
• Manage the waitlist efficiently and effectively
• Communicate Guest concerns to Managers promptly
• Answer telephone calls in a timely manner
• Assist fellow Team Members as needed
