**Job Title:** Front Desk Supervisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Wave Resort. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of front desk staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the front desk team, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and filing.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
