We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. This 13+ week contract role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including ordering supplies, equipment, and managing inventory.
  • Hire, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including creating schedules and evaluating performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Prepare prescription orders for delivery or collection and verify the accuracy of medication provided to patients.

Requirements:

  • Valid Wisconsin Pharmacy License.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience.
  • At least 2 years of recent management experience in a pharmacy setting.
